County supervisors review progress -- or lack thereof -- at state capitol

VERDE VALLEY - A legislative update from the Phoenix-based County Supervisor's Association of Arizona opened discussion as to whether rural communities are losing local control as well as county funding due to actions taken at the state level. The presentation took place during a June 15 meeting in Cottonwood of the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors.
