Editorial: Campus protest proves '60s lessons bear repeating

On March 1, 1965, President Lyndon B. Johnson spoke to the U.S. Congress to propose the elimination of any and all restrictions to voting in federal, state and local elections that had been used to deny Black Americans the right to vote.
