Report: Energy efficiency, clean cars, renewables making a difference

Energy-efficiency requirements, rules on auto-emissions and policies promoting renewable energy helped Arizona prevent 3.5 million metric tons of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere in 2012, according to a report by an environmental group.
