Don't call the midwife

Lawmaker wants to ban midwife use in certain cases

When it came time to give birth, Leita Schiemann decided to do it in the comfort of her home, aided by her midwife. She had a birth tub delivered to her house in Gilbert, set it up downstairs and, when the time came, gave birth to her son, Otto.
