Money for water: Diamond S signs valley's first flow agreement

In what can only be described as historic, the board of the Diamond S Ditch in Camp Verde has signed the Verde Valley's first agreement in which an irrigation company will be paid to reduce the amount of water they withdraw from the Verde River.
