Gallery: Wingfield Plaza Dog Fashion Show

Sugar's on Main clothing boutique, the Lions Club and Golden Bone Pet Store (celebrating their 8 year anniversary) brought together dogs of all sizes and breeds for a canine fashion show to benefit Golden Bone Animal Rescue, held at Wingfield Plaza in Camp Verde on Saturday, April 6. The fundraiser was the brainchild of Sugar's owners Allan and Rosi Whited and Golden Bone co-owner Nadia Caillou and featured not only pets and their owners, but also dogs currently up for adoption. Golden Bone Animal Rescue has an abundance of small breed dogs and many were featured at the show wearing the latest in canine couture. Sgt. Morales and Deputy Bowers of the CV Marshall's Office brought their new K-9 officer in training, a Belgian Malinios named Claymore, to show off his drug detection and suspect apprehension skills.
