Because of the multiple suns observable from the surface of what has been officially dubbed PH1, many planet hunters have suggested calling the remarkable planet “Tatooine,” after the name of Luke Skywalker’s twin-sunned home planet, from Star Wars fame. It was co-discovered by an amateur planet hunter in Cottonwood, Dr. Robert Gagliano, and confirmed by the professionals at Yale University.
