If elected, he will serve a record fifth consecutive term

COTTONWOOD - Dressed in a tuxedo, his wife Karen at his side and carrying a silver platter holding 675 signatures, County Supervisor Chip Davis officially declared himself, once again, a candidate for supervisor in District 3 on Monday.
