County rejects Water Company well appeal

Rimrock facility's arsenic treatment future in doubt

By a unanimous vote, the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors rejected an appeal from the Montezuma Rimrock Water Company to extend a use permit granted two years ago on a well necessary for the operation of an arsenic treatment plant.
